About our company
In-Projekt sp. z o.o. is an engineering firm based in Lublin that has been in continuous operation since 1996. The company was founded by Lech Ciepielewski, Mariusz Blechar, and Ryszard Hendzel. The latter two continue to serve on the company’s board of directors, ensuring continuity of growth, stability, and consistent implementation of the company’s strategy.
Since our inception, we have specialized in the design and implementation of advanced projects in the fields of electrical, power, and low-voltage systems. Over the past 30 years, we have gained extensive experience through demanding projects carried out both in Poland and abroad. We have collaborated with many renowned companies and international corporations.
One of our most significant projects was our collaboration with Lurgi-Lentjes on the construction of the steam-gas unit at the Lublin-Wrotków Combined Heat and Power Plant. Airport projects hold a special place in our portfolio—for three decades, we have been involved in projects at Warsaw Chopin Airport, formerly known as Okęcie Airport.
We possess extensive expertise in 3D spatial design, which allows us to precisely coordinate the work of multiple disciplines, minimize the risk of conflicts, and streamline project implementation. Our NATO certifications confirm that the company meets rigorous requirements related to security and reliability.
In recent years, we have expanded our operations to include the comprehensive outfitting of healthcare facilities and universities with specialized medical equipment. We also have our own construction division, which allows us to carry out projects under the “design, build, and equip” model — from concept development and documentation, through construction, to the delivery and commissioning of equipment. In-Projekt’s greatest asset is its experienced engineering staff.
